Daren graduated Cum Laude in accounting and finance and went to work for the largest accounting and consulting firm at that time. He has served as the President and CEO, and consultant of several organizations for the past 36 years. Having won awards for innovative sales methods and financial controls. While at the firm, he developed a strategy for MLM/Direct Selling companies to control and quickly and effectively, monitor operations and expenses. His method was quickly adopted by several companies, and shortly thereafter, the Board of Directors of the oldest MLM company in Utah, pursued and hired Daren. Following his direction, the company rapidly grew with its stock price reaching an all-time high. He orchestrated the acquisition and merger of several other companies. Daren currently serves on several Boards and was re-elected as the President of Utah Direct Selling Management Association, for several years.
Every organization Daren has overseen has experienced annual record growth, because in his own words “ I enjoy working for leaders who put Faith First, Others Second, and themselves Third in business.” This formula always allows for success in business and life. This is the foundational statement of TM3 United.

Colby graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management / Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He then went on to complete his Master of Business Administration with an Emphasis in Accounting from Utah State University. Colby holds an elite certification as a Chartered Global Management Account and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Over the last 14 years, he has served as a Corporate Controller or Chief Financial Officer for multiple Network Marketing companies after spending 15 years previously in the manufacturing industry. He has helped each of those companies install financial and operational processes that have helped reduce costs while improving efficiency.
He fell in love with the Network Marketing industry and those who are involved in it. He loves to see individuals run their own successful businesses and are able to help provide for their families and reach their personal, financial, and relationship goals.
Starting TM3 has been an opportunity for him to realize one of his own dreams and hopes that through TM3 that many lives will be touched and individuals better their lives through putting Faith First, Others Second, and themselves third.

With over 11 years of experience in accounting and 4 years in Network Marketing, Kelli Farr serves as the Assistant Controller, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. She pursued her education at the University of Phoenix until 2009, equipping herself with essential skills to excel in her field. Kelli is passionate about health and wellness, and she is eager to contribute her insights and dedication to enhance the company’s success.

Blythe Fowler is a creative consultant currently living in Pecos, NM. With over 20 years of experience as a graphic and production designer, she translates clients’ visions into compelling visual designs. Her focus is on print design, specifically brand and product design.
Blythe has worked with numerous clients to create successful branding and creative design solutions. Her experience spans across catalog showrooms, ad agencies, corporate and small business marketing.
A graduate of Sam Houston State University with a BFA in advertising, Blythe also periodically takes art classes to fuel her inspiration. Fine art and beading are her other creative obsessions.
